Justice 

Definition : "Such road accidents, where the vehicles causing grievous injuries / death to a person (s) cannot be identified or traced, are known as ‘Hit and Run accident."
Amount : For Death INR 2,00,000 and for Grievous Injury INR 50,000  on or after 1 April 2022.
How to Apply : Apply on duly filled FORM 1 and FORM 4 with supporting documents to the office of DC/SDM/Tehsildar where accident happened.
Supporting Documents : 1 Copy of bank passbook of the claimant clearly showing the name of account holder , account number and IFSC code.
2. Copy of cash less treatment Bill if,any , of the Hospital treated the Victim.
3. Copy of the document for ID & address proof of victim.
4. Copy of the document for ID & address proof of claimant.
5. Copy of Police FIR.

6. Post Mortem Report in case of death.

7. Death Certificate or Injury Report as applicable.
