The Lead Agency for Road Safety Department of Transport Govt of Punjab conducted a workshop on Emergency Care and Schemes for Road Crash Victims in Punjab for the officer cadre from Health ,Police, Transport and Judiciary. We presentated a session on Rights of Good Samaritians and actual reallity on ground.
The Union Ministry of Eduction Govt of India has launched a pilot program to conduct audit of school zones in 6 states in collaboration of IRF-IC . Being a Lead Auditor of School Zone Safety we have been assigned the task of this audit in 4 states Assam , Bihar , Punjab and Uttar Pradesh

A Mobility Snapshot is data collected at a specific intersection in a local community using scientific tools it will analyzed how many people are using the intersection and whether life-saving road safety interventions are in place to protect those people.
an exclusively designed program under our initiative Safe Schools Secure Journeys with a focus on Human factor over Vehicular factor enabling the school bus drivers more responsible and an effort to develop a bond among children and bus drivers .
Under our program Safe School Secure Journeys we are successfully able to enhance the Star Ratings of three highly vulnerable schools after using #SR4S methodology of audit and road upgrades in collaboration with District Administration , NHAI and 3M .
Under the initiative of Government of Karnataka #DULT and #Giz- India has launched the project of Safe Routes to School in Bengaluru. We conducted Star Ratings Safety Audits SR4S for all the pilot schools in Bengaluru to establish safe school zones.
Safety 2024 global event will focus worldwide attention on safety and injury prevention. This will gather international experts in the field with a united goal of “Building a safer future for all: Equitable and sustainable strategies for injury and violence prevention”.

"Practice Before Preaching" - honouring this best policy Sh Laljit Singh Bhullar Transport Minister Punjab considering the request of NGO community, during the launch of National Road Safety Month , set an example to always wear seat belt himself on rear seat and not to allow anyone in his vehicle without seat belt on front/rear seats. Acting upon his advise the ADGP Traffic Punjab issued directions for all the cadre to wear seat belt in their vehicles and ensure seat belt compliance in the state.
